The following are the most
popular workshops being taught:
Belly Dance Body Isolations
Technique:
With focus on isolation techniques of the torso, hips, and abdomen, and includes a simple choreography....
This workshop is preferably taught in no less than three
hours.
Belly Dance Isolations with Intermediate to Advance
Choreography
With focus on isolation techniques of the torso, hips, and abdomen, and includes a professional choreography....
This workshop is preferably taught in three to five
hours—breaks of 3 minutes will be given in between the hours.
Flamenco
for Beginners
Focuses on arms, turns, and footwork technique. It
also includes beginnings of Sevillanas....This workshop is best taught in no
less than four hours.
Sevillanas
Focuses on Sevillanas choreography and is best taught to students with basic Flamenco and/or some other previous dancing training.
This workshop is best taught in four to eight hours.
Bulerias
Focuses on the Bulerias Palo....compass, technique, and
choreography. This workshop is best taught in three to eight hours....
Flamenco Choreography
Pick a specific "palo" (Flamenco rhythm) for your workshop!
Alegrias de Cadiz, Cana y Polo, Soleares, Tarantos, Tientos,
Solea por Bulerias, Guajiras, Fandango, Just Bulerias, Just Tangos, Tanguillos,
Peteneras (oh no) and/or Seguirillas.
Classic Spanish
Includes arms, turns, foot work and a choreography (may include a prop such as a manton or fan)...it includes castanets.
This workshop is best taught in no
less than four hours....preferable 8 hours.

Irene Rimer "La Chata" as The Bride
Based on a true story of love, lust, and betrayal, Blood Wedding is one of the
most powerful and innovative plays written this century. Federico Garcia Lorca
wrote his best known play years after reading a newspaper account of a young
bride in Andalusia who abandoned her husband-to-be on their wedding day to
escape with her childhood sweetheart. Lorca evokes the spectacle of human
passion through sophisticated and often surrealistic poetic technique, elevating
the love story to a tragedy of fate. Irene Rimer (The Bride) & Corazon Flamenco
will “tell” the story through acting & dance!.

a gypsy (Candela) is possessed by the ghost of her faithless former husband
(Jose) until her new suitor (Carmelo) enlists a beautiful friend to entice it
away. Every one evokes a diverse mood that is seamlessly integrated into a
moving tapestry of enthralling but restrained human feeling. Gypsies sing
and recite of the cruelty and deceptions of love.
