Russian Ballet (Vaganova)
This
is classical dance that involves preparing the physical body to the
maximum in order to be able to hold difficult positions with classical
music and perform high jumps and fast turns. Ballet is a good base for
other related dances such as Jazz. It develops a classical
posture.
